Interesting conversation with the Yellow the distributor of Corima product in the UK last month - we had a pair of Carbon four spoke clincher wheels for a customer that had a slight amount of run-out on one of them - not bad but too much for a wheelset that was the thick end of £1500. To cut a long story short the distributor basically told us where to stick it (can't actually print here what he said) so we have. He also pointed out to us that the amount of business he does was so great that one set of wheels was insignificant to him. Well it's not to us and it's not to our customer. As far as we are concerned our ability to support our customers hinges on our suppliers - we dont feel that we can any longer deal with this company - they won't miss us as obviously they have all the customers they need.
Fortunately the next day Anthony from the Zipp distributors Saddleback paid us a visit. How good do these puppies look?
